Does this conversation sound familiar? Behind your "I’m fine" is an unspoken hurt, a hidden struggle, a deep loneliness. You want to be honest about your struggle, but you're worried you'll be judged, misunderstood or abandoned. Or maybe you don't even know how to talk about it because you don’t understand your own pain. All you know is you're not "fine" and you don’t know what to do about it.

It's okay to not be okay.

Let's be honest, none of us is completely "fine." Behind our picture-perfect Instagram stories and forced smiles, we all have our own struggles, hardships and pain. We hurt because we're human.

Counseling is a safe place for your hurt to be met with compassion and comfort as well as hope and healing. I'm here to hear your story, support you through your struggle and help you find freedom. My passion is helping you find true peace and joy, so the next time someone asks, "Are you okay?" you don't have to hide behind a fake "I’m fine."

how it works

Step one

Schedule a free, 15-minute phone consultation This is a no-pressure opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.

Step two

If we are a good fit, I will send you some intake paperwork and we will schedule a 50-minute initial session. During this first session, we will discuss your current situation, relevant history and goals in order to create a personalized treatment plan.

Step three

We will meet weekly or every other week depending on your specific needs until you have reached your goals for therapy.
