Or maybe you haven't been able to find a therapist in your local area and are hoping to broaden your search.

Online therapy has become increasingly popular over the past couple years. You may have heard it referred to as telehealth, teletherapy, virtual counseling, E-Therapy or a number of other names (it's hard to keep track!). But no matter what it's called, it's all the rage!
Wondering why? Virtual counseling makes quality care accessible from the comfort of your own home. You can curl up in your favorite blanket with a cup of freshly brewed tea and receive professional therapy in your safest space. Who could say no to that?!
how online therapy works
Step one
Schedule a free, 15-minute phone consultation. This is a no-pressure opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.
Step two
If we are a good fit, I will send you some intake paperwork and we will schedule a 50-minute initial session. You will access the video call through a secure online patient portal. During this first session, we will discuss your current situation, relevant history and goals in order to create a personalized treatment plan.
Step three
We will meet weekly or every other week through depending on your specific needs until you have reached your goals for therapy.
